About Us
Survival in the Bush, Inc., has partnered with many organizations since 1977. As such, Laurentian University, Seneca Aviation, Confederation College, Loyalist College, Georgian College, Humber College, University of Waterloo, and a wide variety of primary and secondary schools, have benefited from our collaboration enabling dynamic, educational and creative programming, including both academic and practical outdoor studies for youths of all ages.
Our unique teaching, leadership and motivational energy have provided repeat service with diverse clientele. These include at-risk students on Native Reserves, The Canadian Space Agency, Ontario Hydro, The Ontario Provincial Police, Honeywell Corporation, The Search & Rescue Secretariat, Ontario Federation of Hunters and Anglers, Financial Institutions, and a myriad of corporate, educational and community organizations.
Our programmes are very successful, primarily because they focus and balance leadership concepts, outdoor-related skills, teamwork, motivation, and effective communication techniques.
To accentuate and bring curriculum into our community, we are proactive in highlighting unique courses to local and global media. We invite reporters to participate and witness our delivery and integrate corporate clients into this session. The synergy created provides immense community involvement and a healthy respect for new incentives.
Survival in the Bush, Inc., is committed to excellence. Working together with varied communities, we will continue to ensure innovative and exciting new programming within Ontario, and strive to bring these courses directly to communities in need.
